Sharp W61SH AQUOS phone for Japan
Sharp has released another handset fitted with their famous Sharp AQUOS brand of LCD display. The Sharp W61SH will only be available to subscribers on Japan’s KDDI network - sad. It has a 2.8 inch Sharp AQUOS display that sports an amazing 2000:1 contrast ratio.
New Blackberry with angular keypad?
This an angled keyboard where all the keys remain on place, but are just more nicely packed. While we’ve already seen something similarly designed phones in the past, something tells us the BlackBerry maker will know what to do with it.
LG KU990 Viewty Selling like hotcakes
The LG KU990 Viewty has sold 310,000 units have already been sold in the five weeks it has been on sale, LG said today. In fact, it has even sold out in many shops in the UK and Europe. It has also sold better than previous LG hits, LG Chocolate and LG Shine.
LG also announced that the LG KU990 Viewty has been awarded the 2008 iF product design award, emphasising its “harmony of high technology and sensational style”.
Orange iCON225 Broadband on the go
Orange is the first UK operator to offer the product which will be available to customers through the Orange Business Everywhere range.
The device will be priced from free on a range of new flat-rate price plans and offers “enhanced” mobile broadband capability in a plug-and-play USB-style form factor, providing high-speed access to internet and email.
Pre-loaded with the Business Everywhere virtual dashboard, the software can be configured to automatically select the fastest available mobile connection from a range including EDGE, 3G and 3G+ or HSDPA.
The Orange iCON225 USB modem will also be available to non-business users from early 2008. This version will be called “Internet Everywhere” and will be available to any computer user that does not need secure access.
Facebook upload access from Vodafone

Vodafone has announced its “My Communities” including Facebook, YouTube, MySpace and Bebo will enable customers for the first time to upload pictures and videos totheir favorite community directly from their mobile.
Customers can now upload pictures and video to their Facebook account direct from their Nokia N95 8GB or Sony Ericsson W910i handsets, a functionality which is at the moment unique to Vodafone customers only.

This virtual personal assistant has been developed by.InterGrafx company .Basically its same reminder application you have on your standard but this one has a girl reminding you get up! Its currently only available in china and will be released to the rest of the world in 2008.

Technically, we are a couple of years away,” Nokia’s Chief Technology Officer Tero Ojanpera told Reuters in an interview. “It’s still a few years away.” And, with Nokia’s ability to crank out high-tech handsets out of Espoo like none-other, there’s no doubt that we’ll be seeing some sort of HD recording through Carl Zeiss optics.
If not Nokia, then another manufacturer is bound to eventually bring HD-quality video recording to market. We may soon be using HDTV-lingo while shopping for our mobile phones.
Sony PSP phone New Concept Design
We have seen many psp concepts come out over the year but this one is much better and is linked to the n95 design . According to Muhummad-oli (designer from esato forums) the device would also sport the 3.2 MP camera, media player and the wireless Internet connectivity.Slide down user would use a numeric keypad for making phone calls and texting, and on the slide up the gaming control keys would reveal and he/she could start playing games. This way the device would keep the “PSP experience” while seamlessly integrating with the phone functionality.
