iPhone buyers on the Champs Elysées

French Journal du Geek has posted some good pictures from lat night’s first iPhone sales on the Champs Elysée. [via I4U]

We feel so left out here in Switzerland where there has been no official news at all as to when the iPhone will be available and which operator will be offering it (probably Swiscom). It’s available unlocked though here, at a retail price of Sfr 960 ($858/£540ish) but there are so many posts on updates and on what not to do or the phone will be blocked, it seems safer to wait for an official channel.
